Shipping within the United States
We ship nationwide across the U.S. using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 days after your order confirmation, please contact us at support@embroyce.com.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Embroyce is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out to support@embroyce.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.
